Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
