Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
