Operating talent assessment and development centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
