Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
