Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
