Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
