Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
