Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
