Responsibilities

Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
