Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Labor market and compensation benchmarking

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
