Championing employee value proposition (EVP) and employer brand
Managing university internship cohorts
Directing university student recruiting programs
Providing career development advisement to staff
Updating employee intranet portal and HR knowledge base
Embedding core corporate values across all business units

Requirements

Leading early-career and graduate rotational programs
Professional career coaching experience
Internal employee communications experience
Intranet and HR portal maintenance experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Communication skills
