Sourcing passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights
Advertising jobs on local classified portals (Craigslist)
Leveraging ATS tools to drive recruitment pipelines

Requirements

Interview experience
Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter search proficiency
Executive search and headhunting experience
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
Experience with candidate database management systems
Managing talent pools and candidate communities
