Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
