Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Managing digital HR documentation workflows
Maintaining confidential personnel records in compliance with laws

Requirements

HR administration and personnel operations experience
Experience with federal and state social insurance reporting (SSA/IRS)
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Experience with payroll software (ADP / Paychex)
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
