Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
