Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
