Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
