Designing employee training curricula
Configuring courses and certifications in enterprise LMS
Creating instructional materials and employee handbooks
Delivering adult professional education programs
Conducting educational webinars and remote workshops

Requirements

Training workshop logistics and event coordination experience
Instructional design and e-learning authoring experience
Experience administering LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
Developing instructional training workbooks and SOPs
Communication skills
