Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
