Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Drafting employment agreements and offer contracts
Maintaining confidential personnel records in compliance with laws

Requirements

Service tenure and pension/401(k) vesting calculation experience
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
High reliability, dependability, and punctuality
