Responsibilities

Ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements
Tracking employee tenure and vesting schedules
Managing digital HR documentation workflows

Requirements

Labor relations and collective bargaining agreement experience
Experience with federal and state social insurance reporting (SSA/IRS)
Administering FMLA, short-term and long-term disability leaves
PTO tracking and leave policy administration experience
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
