Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
