Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
