Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
