Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Assessment center design and facilitation experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
