Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Drafting formal administrative HR documentation
Liaising with government labor agencies and social security offices
Maintaining confidential personnel records in compliance with laws
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Administering FMLA, short-term and long-term disability leaves
Service tenure and pension/401(k) vesting calculation experience
Keen attention to detail
