Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
