Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
