- Selecting and recommending leadership development reading lists
- Delivering adult professional education programs
Requirements
- Training workshop logistics and event coordination experience
- Filming and producing instructional video lessons
- Developing instructional training workbooks and SOPs
- Experience leading beauty masterclasses
- Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
