Responsibilities

Coordinating corporate training calendar and venues
Authoring e-learning courses and modules
Producing instructional video content for training
Selecting and recommending leadership development reading lists
Measuring training effectiveness and ROI (Kirkpatrick Model)

Requirements

Training course curriculum design experience
Developing instructional training workbooks and SOPs
Adult learning theory (andragogy) experience
Hosting interactive virtual webinars and webinars
Communication skills
