Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
