Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Conducting structured assessment centers
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
