Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
