Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
