Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
