Responsibilities

Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
