Responsibilities

Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
