Responsibilities

Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
