Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

People analytics and workforce planning experience
Labor market intelligence and wage benchmarking experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
