Responsibilities

Coordinating corporate training calendar and venues
Conducting skills training workshops
Producing instructional video content for training
Facilitating corporate learning seminars
Conducting educational webinars and remote workshops
Measuring training effectiveness and ROI (Kirkpatrick Model)

Requirements

Training workshop logistics and event coordination experience
Training course curriculum design experience
Experience administering LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Workday Learning)
Hosting interactive virtual webinars and webinars
