Responsibilities
- Championing employee value proposition (EVP) and employer brand
- Coordinating new graduate development initiatives
- Developing university relations and campus recruiting
- Crafting clear internal organizational messages
- Publishing the monthly company-wide employee newsletter
- Embedding core corporate values across all business units
Requirements
- Organizing corporate career days and open houses
- Internal employee communications experience
- Intranet and HR portal maintenance experience
- Internal newsletter and corporate editorial experience
- Communication skills
