Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
