Responsibilities

Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Operating talent assessment and development centers
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
HR workflow and process automation
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Competency modeling and role leveling experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
