Responsibilities

Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines
Implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across HR

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
Standardizing core HR workflows and operational processes
Headcount reporting and demographic analytics experience
