Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
Knowledge of US labor law (FLSA, FMLA, EEOC, ADA)
