Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Auditing HR documentation and employee files for legal compliance
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

Assessment center design and facilitation experience
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
