Operating talent assessment and development centers
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Labor market and compensation benchmarking
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
Drafting HR policies and compliance guidelines

Requirements

Conducting structured assessment centers
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
People analytics and workforce planning experience
HR policy formulation and employee handbook drafting experience
