Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring
HR workflow and process automation

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Compensation monitoring and salary band auditing experience
HR compliance audit and I-9 verification experience
HR process automation and tool integration experience
Sharp analytical and quantitative mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
