Responsibilities

Overseeing employee records and personnel administration
Ensuring compliance with collective labor agreements
Drafting formal administrative HR documentation
Administering medical leave and return-to-work protocols
Tracking PTO balances and approving vacation requests
Preparing quarterly workforce demographics and turnover reports

Requirements

HR administration and personnel operations experience
Administering time and attendance tracking systems
Experience with electronic signatures and e-filing (DocuSign)
High reliability, dependability, and punctuality
