Facilitating annual performance review cycles
Hosting behavioral assessment centers
Building competency frameworks and job architectures
Administering job architecture and salary grade frameworks
Analyzing HR data to inform workforce decisions
Conducting ongoing competitive wage monitoring

Requirements

Annual performance appraisal and 360-review experience
Competency modeling and role leveling experience
Experience with job grading and compensation bands (Radford/Mercer)
